Coming from a logistics background and coordinating moving vessels, ships, and oil tankers from in and out different petroleum terminals 365 days per year, managing real estate assets became extremely easy for me because properties are static. Also, we believe having good vendor partners is extremely important to a successful small business, from property trash out to rekey services, to having licensed, insured, and bonded contractors at your disposal is essential. With more than 10 years experience in this particular practice of real estate, we have established many relationships throughout those years. We value our partners, and we understand sometimes–having too many relationships–mistakes could easily happen. Our vendors and agents are assigned coverage zones, and they each manage their assigned properties within that sector to meet our mutual clients’ tasks.

Our Mission Statement:
CKJ was founded primarily as a vendor service base real estate brokerage for banks, and other financial institutions in their need to manage their properties and the disposition of their assets. These financial institutions invest a large percentage of their portfolios in the real estate market, so it was clear that there was a real need to be met. Our immediate goal is to treat everyone, from our clients to the families we meet, with the utmost respect, care, thoughtfulness throughout the transition and sale process. We sell our assigned listings within 5% of our list price. Most importantly, as the broker, I want to be able to empower and cultivate my agents and employees, providing them all the opportunities, tools, and even access to my clients. Our philosophy is simple: there is enough work for everyone, so our attitude is not about competing for our clients but to perform well for them.
